Welcome, John Ayars Grice!

Ryan and Kelsey welcomed
John Ayars Grice
into their lives on
December 6, 2017
3:57 p.m.
8lb 5oz
21" long

This is the first picture Ryan sent us. Poor cold little baby!

The littles were enthralled with him!

He wasn't too happy with the world. 😂

He is so chubby!

 Katelyn adores him!

She told us that she, "won't walk around when I hold him." 😆

The hospital took his picture. (Sorry about the bad quality. It's a picture of a picture.)

Thanksgiving and Beyond

Our church hosted its annual Thanksgiving meal for the community. We provide it for anyone who doesn't have family, or just anybody that wants to come! We also deliver meals to elderly folks who can't get out for the day.

Ryan and Leon took the little kids to the park afterwards. Poor Alaina fell off a slide and split her forehead wide open. 😔

So, so true.

All of us girls went Black Friday shopping in Red Oak. No, we didn't trample anybody! 😅 Actually, we mostly just walked around, trying things on, like these high heel shoes. Ugh. I don't know how women can wear those things!

Then we tried on these bomber jackets...

I was feeling very thankful for my family and cousins so I sent this around to our cousin texting chat. Our own personal CNN "Cousin News Network." 😉

This is definitely the truth about us cousins!

My cousin Brooke had her baby, Marnie Jane, on November 23, Thanksgiving day.

Precious, precious boy!

My uncle Bernie and Aunt Erin came out to have Thanksgiving with us on Friday. Katelyn and Liya were playing their own little version of Uno.

We took my cousin, Hope, along with us to Orschelns to take advantage of their Black Friday sales. Orschelns is a farm store in Atlantic. Hope is from the city (she's 11) and couldn't figure out where the clothes and stuff were. 😂 Anyway, we were able to get some Christmas presents for the nieces and nephews due to the store's sales. Yay!

A brunch was planned after a Saturday morning Bible study. The family that Lois Ann lived with while she was in Mozambique was here for a visit and wanted to get to know everybody from our church. So, we had brunch together!

Zooks fried fresh donuts. They were so yummy!

I played a roaring game of Blokus with these guys one evening. I'm not very good at strategizing, but I always came in second or third place! Pretty good for a looser like me!

Fess

The boys couldn't get this light to work on the Sunday that Alvin Esh's (the family Lois lived with) were here visiting. It made for a sleepy congregation since it was so dim!

Patrick definitely has Nate's hands and feet!

Can you pick out my siblings and me?

I got this picture off the internet, but it so reminded me of something Mom would do! 😂

My cousin, Brooke, my uncle Tony, Gram and Marnie.

Trying to Catch Up...

As you have probably noticed, I've gone off the radar for awhile. Ok, for a long time. I have one word for you. Life. Guys, life reall...
