I've Read the Back of the Book

I’ve been reading in the Bible ‘bout the ending of the age.

And one thing that’s for certain, it grows closer every day.

But I am not concerned about the way it’s gonna end.

‘cause I’ve read the back of the book and we win.

I’ve read the back of the book and we win

No more livin’ in darkness we’ll be livin’ at home with Him

There aint no need to worry about it if you’re born again

Cause I’ve read the back of the book and we win.

Quote Post- Plus Extras

I've mixed a lot of quotes in with the pictures of our daily lives. I hope you enjoy!

We cleaned Gram's yard one chilly windy afternoon. We unearthed some crocuses... Sam planted some flowers for Gram...

The bags of leaves

The best little town- Griswold!

My sweet little niece, Alaina.

My goofy dad :P

Sam and Timmy

Shamrock shake and caramel frappe from McDonald's :)

My good little brothers making themselves breakfast. :)

:)

Atlantic Hyvee has a giant holstein cow in its garden center.

My sweet mom

I'm putting the finishing touches to a carrot cake for Gram's birthday.

We hosted a birthday party for Gram's 78th birthday. Mom invited all the ladies from church over to our house for a brunch a couple Saturdays ago. Mom did all the decorating. She did a phenomenal job! (She says she isn't talented, but her decorating begs to differ!)

Heavenly carrot cake...

I'm making the Irish scrambled eggs. To find out how to make them, check out my sister Abi's blog post. You'll never taste better scrambled eggs!

Irish scrambled eggs

Gifts for a very special lady- my grandma.

The hot drink station

My cousins' dogs are living at our house right now (long story). Brie's dog, Kate looked extremely bedraggled and woebegone one chilly rainy day.

Josh loves babies!

Abi and I took fresh, homemade cookies and hot chocolate to the boys one day. They were thrilled! :)

Josh is such a dependable guy!

KK- the family clown

True. True.

This is me in the morning. :) I am not a morning person!

This describes the "Grice Junkyard" to a "T."

LOL

Josh is such a big help!

The clown again... Abi has been wanting to try to make a paper mache nose on KK for sometime. She finally did it. :)

He looked pretty horrendous!

Along with the big schnoz, they smeared charcoal on his face.

Don't forget to stop and smell the flowers!

Oh, yes, and don't forget that early morning cup of coffee. It is the elixir of life. :D

The grass is greening up!

Gram sent me this. :)

Mom bought me one of my favorite candies, orange slices.

Pulling our big couch out is like digging for treasure. You never know what you'll find under there!

There was a leaky pipe out by the shed, so Josh rented a mini ex for the day to dig it up and get it fixed.

Snow!? This is supposed to be spring!

My sweet brother, Josh, bought me this sugar cookie sandwich- something I'd been craving for awhile.

Matching a mountain of socks

Our comic relief crew...

Ryan sent this to me...

Spring has sprung! We're welcoming it with open arms!

Trying to Catch Up...

As you have probably noticed, I've gone off the radar for awhile. Ok, for a long time. I have one word for you. Life. Guys, life reall...
