Treasures in Heaven

Welcome to our world, Joseph Neel Grice!

Ryan and Kelsey had their baby boy this morning at 9:44. Labor was fast with no complications. We are rejoicing that God answered our prayers by protecting Kels' tailbone. Praise the Lord!

Little Man is so adorable (of course!)! We just can't hold him enough. :)

Here are some pictures of our day with Katelyn and Lil' Man.

We had so much fun with Buggy!

Abi had her sitting on the counter as she french braided her hair. After awhile, we noticed that Sweetie had scooted down into the running water! She was sopped!

They gave her a Dixie cup to keep her occupied.

To finish off the hairdo, Abi gave her a tiny pony tail. Is that cute or what?!

Once we got her all dressed, she looked just like a little school girl in uniform.

She followed Sam to the bathroom and waited for him to come out...

... and started hamming it up for the camera...

Once Bugs got all cleaned up, we headed to the hospital to see little brother.

Walking into the room...

They waited outside while the "little family" had a reunion.

I video taped Lynna's reaction to Junior.

The nurses

She kept saying, "Aw!"

Little guy is so sweet! He's just a peaceful, quiet little man. The only time he made a peep while we were there was when Dad changed his diaper and the nurse gave him a shot. Even then, his cry wasn't nearly as loud as Katelyn's was! :)

For comparison, here is a picture of Katelyn the day she was born.

Trying to teach a 13 month old the meaning of "gentle" and "nice" can be a challenge...

Proud uncle

Proud Great Grandma

Joseph weighs 7 lbs 4 oz (he beat Katelyn by 2 oz!) and is 20 1/2 in. long (again passing Bug up by a quarter inch). :)

Little Miss was into everything!

Busy girl...

Little Man has monkey feet like Josh had! :)

The happy family

We'll have Katelyn for the next several days until Kels gets out of the hospital. What a joy grandchildren/nieces/nephews are!

Please make sure that if you want to visit them, call before you go. Thanks! :)

Trying to Catch Up...

As you have probably noticed, I've gone off the radar for awhile. Ok, for a long time. I have one word for you. Life. Guys, life reall...
