Lowis Family Gathering

Saturday the 14th was our Lowis family gathering for Thanksgiving and Christmas. Everyone was there but Jaron and Nate. Sad...

Abi and I went early to help Gram clean her side of the house, then we helped where we could on Aunt Carol's side.

Aunt Carol had decorated everything so nice!

All ready for last minute preparations.

Oh, ya, Christmas candy!

Rolls

Gram and Aunt Carol started the turkey early that morning. It was so juicy and tender! Great job!

Waiting is hard...

This is a giant midget.

The best part of the gathering!

Stuffing

Sweet potatoes

Green bean casserole

Liya has gotten so big!

This ham was yummy. They had stuck cloves into it, so it had a nice spicy taste.

I love Katelyn's finger tap. Whenever she gets ahold of something, she taps it with her pointer finger, thumb, or she slaps it with her palm.

Cute dimples!

Belly up!

There were so many people in that small space. It got really loud, especially since the grandchildren great grands are getting older.

Newest great grand-baby, Logan! He's Matt and Gabby's.

Still cousins after all these years.  The two people on the left that most of you wouldn't recognize are Scott and Cathy, the Lowis children's cousins.

Blake and Hope had a lot of fun wrestling right in the middle of the room. :)

After everyone left, we all crashed! :)

Buggy girl loved her cup!

After everyone left, Aunt Carol remembered that she had egg nog. I'm not sure if she forgot intentionally or not... Anyway, I told everyone to "toast" to Nate since he wasn't there. Miss you so much, Nate!

Sammy had T.J.'s Irish hat on.

Look at those legs!

Did you ever see the like! I guess you can be that chubby when you're 6 months, but not when you're an adult. :)
